a. Photocopy of IC

b. Passport photo

c. Registration fee of RM20.00

d. Commission of oath RM4.00

Ground floor - walk in take a number under Perkahwinan - your number will be call and both of you have to be present with your original IC- fill in the form - paste the photo on the form (you can ask for glue from the officer desk you were just at) - walk out of the building - on your left you should be able to see a kodak shop at the conner - any black board that says Sumpah/ Commission of oath you can go (we went to the last one because less cue)- go back to the building take another number and submit. Should take less than an hour.
